Oh my goodness, it is so difficult to say goodbye to this lovely apartment in Montmartre. It is one of our most favorite places. This is the view out our bedroom window. Weather here this time equals perfection.
Here's the photo of the little lift (on the left). It's a one person elevator, two at the most.
When you open the door, it is about 2 feet wide to slide in.
We stack our luggage all the way to the ceiling and send it down with one person.
It takes us several trips.
Had to take one last photo of the stairs, too.
They spiral up all the way to our top floor apartment.
Look at these two handsome guys (on the left). So lucky to have them. They are my world.
They are inside. I am outside waiting for our driver.
Our taxi driver, Teiry, is from Cambodia.
He has lived in Paris for 35 years.
Lovely man and safe/easy jaunt to the airport.
Happy to see more armed security.
We were at the airport for probably 6 hours. Too long to explain, but all is fine.
Aren't these interesting photos taken from the airplane?
He ate this nasty sandwich. Actually 2 of them.
We can always count on a coke. Thank goodness!
Must get some sleep! Didn't proof this, hope there are not too many errors.
