More time in Nanjing with Sam (guide/translator)

Isaiah in an arcade in China.

Isaiah is sooo happy shopping with Sam (guide/translator).

More shopping in Nanking.

Sam writing out Isaiah's staple food in Chinese for us to just hand to people when we no longer get to have her with us for translation.

Isaiah's order.

Sam and Isaiah in McDonald's

Sam and Dax's favorite local Nanjing restaurant. What a neat place. I posted pictures earlier of this restaurant. Here is some sampling of the food. This is beef and rice, salted duck, melon, pig feet, greens, pork-filled dumplings, rice flour shrimp-filled dumplings, and ribs. We also had mushrooms and chicken feet. One day, Sam ordered a bowl that she enjoys. If I remember correctly, I think it had duck's blood, rice noodles, duck liver and stomach, etc. It's one of her family's favorite restaurants. Dax loved it, too! The 2nd time we ate there, Isaiah and I did not eat. However, Sam and Dax were so kind to sit with us at Burger King when they finished at this restaurant. :)

More food at the authentic Nanjing restaurant.

You can actually pick exactly what you want in a bowl. As mentioned before, Sam and Dax love  this. Isaiah and I stuck with Burger King and lots of ketchup.

Same restaurant, incredible presentation of food.
